For more than four decades, Hank Berumen has built a career doing what he loves most—bringing people together through music. An award-winning singer-songwriter, storyteller, and multi-instrumentalist, Hank has performed throughout the United States and the British Isles while remaining deeply rooted in the Mississippi Gulf Coast, a place he proudly calls home.

Known for blending heartfelt storytelling with an eclectic mix of acoustic, folk, blues, Americana, classic rock, jazz, and original music, Hank has become a familiar face at venues across the Coast. Whether performing on a waterfront deck, an intimate listening room stage, or at community events, his goal has always remained the same: create lasting memories through authentic live music.

Hank is the recipient of the Gulf Coast Lifetime Achievement Award and has also been honored with the Covey Award for Best Coast Band, recognizing his decades of dedication to live performance and the Gulf Coast music community.

Beyond performing, Hank continues writing and recording original music through Thirsty Dog Records, preserving the stories, people, and spirit of the Gulf Coast for future generations.

An Emerald Guitars Ambassador and John Pearse Strings & Accessories endorsee, Hank remains dedicated to the instruments and craftsmanship that help bring his music to life.

Today, Hank continues performing throughout the Mississippi Gulf Coast while writing new music, mentoring fellow musicians, and sharing the stories that have shaped both his life and the community he proudly represents.
